Every Wednesday is Game Night at Twin Lights Brewing. Bring your own game or use one of the plenty they have on top of the Jack Box hooked up to their TV. Can't figure out what to do on a boring Wednesday night? Bring family and friends to Twin Lights for some fun!
Enjoy a Night of Music & Community with Resurrextion aka ResX: An Allman Brothers Tribute benefitting Covenant House-Asbury Park on September 27th at The Vogel. ResX is donating its rock music for the evening’s entertainment. All proceeds will help Covenant House continue its life-changing work serving homeless youth in Monmouth County for over 10 years.
Since 2012, Covenant House Asbury Park opened its first outreach center in Monmouth County, thanks to many generous supporters including Interfaith Neighbors, a non-profit organization of local faith communities working together to address the growing problem of homelessness. Through Covenant House's outreach program, over 100 youth received support searching for shelter and a better future.
In 2018, again with assistance from Interfaith Neighbors, the Rights of Passage program opened in Asbury Park – two homes housing 10 young people who are overcoming homelessness and survivors of human trafficking. Since opening five years ago, over 60 young people have lived at the Asbury Park Rights of Passage program.
The evening at The Vogel will kick off at 6:30 with a VIP Cocktail Reception Catered by No Limits Cafe prior to the concert. At 7:30, the show starts with Resurrextion aka ResX: An Allman Brothers Tribute.

Waterspirit is inviting you to join our program manager, Anne Price, as she monitors the beach at Snug Harbor in Highlands, NJ for Microplastics. Anne is volunteering for the Plastic Wave Project, a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public about the harmful impacts plastic pollution has on our oceans and communities in hopes of creating healthy, plastic-free waterways. Plastic pollution continues to enter our coastal waters and the list of wild animals affected by plastic debris is growing to include not only sea turtles, whales and seabirds, but shellfish and planktonic fish. Participants will join Anne as she collects samples from the beach to be studied for microplastics. We will discuss what we are looking for, why we are monitoring, and what is done with the data. Registration required.
