To Commemorate the 100-year Anniversary of The Great Gatsby, embrella Promises a Swell Time at Speakeasy by the Sea event on the Navesink River
embrella, a foster care statewide non-profit organization, is hosting a prohibition themed fundraising event at the OceanFirst Bank Headquarters overlooking the beautiful Navesink River on July 31st.
Tickets to this shindig are available May 1st at an early bird rate of $75 per person. After June 15th, $95 clams. The evening begins at 6 pm and will include a cocktail hour, an open bar with beer, wine & signature champagne cocktail, a buffet dinner, and sweet treats.
Listen to New York Native, Izze Stein, as she takes guests back to the Jazz Age with her live performance. Gals - no pearls? Gents - no fedora? No Sweat. You'll be looking spiffy at the dress up, black & white photo opportunity. 1920s dress attire preferred but the password provided at checkout will get you in. What’s the grift? Silent auction and cash 50/50.
embrella’s mission is to embrace, support, and advocate for children, youth, and families within the child welfare community. The Speakeasy by the Sea proceeds will benefit the organization’s children and youth grant programs that provide experiences like summer camp and piano lessons to eligible children and youth.
