Monmouth ACTS

In 2018, the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners did something to fix this – they created the Monmouth ACTS initiative. It stands for Assisting Community Through Services, and it is an innovative public-private partnership that brings together County employees from the Department of Human Services and community nonprofit leaders.
