The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch and high wind watch for Tuesday. 30 to 40 mph winds are expected by tomorrow afternoon with gusts reaching 55 mph. The higher temperatures in Monmouth and Ocean Counties will keep the precipitation to just rain.
