Four charged in fake ferry ticket scheme

Three Monmouth County men and a Middlesex County business owner were arrested Wednesday on the heels of a year-long investigation that revealed they were selling bogus tickets for the ferry service out of two Bayshore locations with service to New York City.  Detectives from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office arrested Charles Frobosilo, Scott Dachishenof, Matthew Gaeta, and Christopher Uliano, on charges they sold bogus tickets to commuters who used the SeaStreak’s ferries out of two northern Monmouth County locations.  Prosecutors allege Frobosilo’s New Brunswick-based business, Creative Impressions, Inc., was used by another New Brunswick business to stamp-press sequential numbers on boarding tickets being printed for SeaStreak ferries.  SeaStreak reported the bogus tickets to the prosecutor’s office after it discovered passengers were using the bogus tickets with number sequences not yet released by the ferry company.
