DESCRIPTION:The 5th annual Lakeview 5K to benefit New Jersey Institute for Disabilities will take place on Saturday\, June 1st in Roosevelt Park. Participants will enjoy a scenic run or walk through the park on a course that is USATF certified and a sanctioned\, 500 point Grand Prix. The event also features a family "Stroll and Roll" in which participants can set their own pace and distance around beautiful Roosevelt Lake.  The Lakeview 5K benefits the programs of New Jersey Institute for Disabilities\, which provides comprehensive services to more than 1\,500 infants\, children and adults with developmental disabilities\, throughout NJ.5K $20 by May 23rd\; USATF-NJ Members $17 by May 23\; Family Stroll and Roll $10 by May 23 5K & USATFNJ Members $30 after May 23rd\; Family Stroll and Roll $20 after May 23 Check in begins at 8:00am. 5K & Stroll and Roll begin at 9:30am.Participants of the event will receive a commemorative t-shirt (guaranteed with pre-registration) and be able to enjoy raffles\, refreshments\, and entertainment at the finish line. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and top female over all\, as well as the top male and female finishers in the following age categories: 12 & Under\, 13-18\, 19-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60-69\, 70-79\, 80 & Over.
