DESCRIPTION:Read to a Dog is a great way to improve the literacy skills of children.  It encourages children to read by providing a non-judgmental listener in our furry friends.  Independent readers in Grades K-5 will read to a certified therapy dog for ten minutes.Read to a Dog will take place in the library's Children's Quiet Reading Area at 55 New Monmouth Road\, Middletown\, NJ 07748 on Wednesday\, October 3rd  from 7-8pm. Pre-registration @mtpl.org is required.
