DESCRIPTION:Congratulations to the Long Branch Free Public Library Champions!The Long Branch Free Public Library will be honoring five of its patrons as Library Champions on October 18th at 6pm at Branches Catering. The Long Branch Free Public Library Champions campaign is modeled off of the NJ State Library Champions campaign and works to bring attention to those library users who\, in a crisis\, would stand up in support for the library and its programs. A Library Champion is someone who goes above and beyond the average user. Champions love the library and want to be in the know about issues that may affect it\, encourage others to use the library\, and attend library programs. Champions were nominated by staff\, Trustees and Friends and were chosen by a committee including staff members and Trustees. We want congratulate our five Champions: Ashley Pape\, Emmanuel Itzol\, Jack Kearns\, Marsha Cohen\, and John Pallone. Thank you\, Champions!!Tickets for the dinner can be purchased through the library by contacting Kate\, 732-222-3900. Tickets are $40 and include appetizers\, dinner\, and dessert at Branches Catering\, 123 Monmouth Rd.\, West Long Branch\, NJ.
