Rev. Karen E. Herrick, local Red Bank therapist and author of You're Not Finished Yet, Grandma, What is a Soul? and her recently published text book, There's No Health Without Mental Health, Breathing and Learning Through the Vagal Nerve, presents Near Death Experiences, (NDE's) & spiritual encounters of those grieving the loss of a loved one. This free, educational presentation scheduled for Sunday, January 21, 2018 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, at the Monmouth County Library is based on the work of Raymond A. Moody, M.D., PhD, and PMH Atwater, L.H.D. Karen is passionate about helping people embrace spiritual experiences. After the presentation, attendees will be invited to ask questions and share personal stories. Join the conversation about this widely unspoken topic of NDE's and spiritual experiences. 66% of widows experience apparitions of their departed husbands within the first year of death. 75% of parents who lose a child have this experience also during the first year of their loss. Many are afraid to tell about this for fear of mental instability. ~ Source: Raymond A. Moody, M.D. PhD Free Lecture by Rev. Karen E.
