Silent Auction from 12 noon- 2pm Live Auction 2pm - 3pm Ms. Liebmann who has been curating the art exhibits at The Oyster Point Hotel for the past three years, is moving to Thailand to build a Christian Visual Arts Ministry. To help raise funds for this endeavor, Liebmann is selling her own artwork with a silent auction from 12noon - 2pm, and a live auction from 2pm - 3pm. Complimentary beverages and refreshments will be served. This is a great opportunity to purchase original art at a low price and at the same time support a good cause. Liebmann's Visual Arts Mission International will initially serve refugees in Thailand. In February 2017, Liebmann made an award winning documentary film about persecuted Christians who had to flee Pakistan. Eight thousand of them landed in Thailand. They are waiting to receive official refugee status from the UNHCR (United National High Commission for Refugees). The refugees are not allowed to work in Thailand and fear detention and deportation. Meeting these refugees moved Liebmann's heart. "God uses beauty to touch people in the deepest places. I want to bring hope and relief to these refugees through art classes and art events." Liebmann says. Liebmann herself has been a minister, ordained seventeen years ago. She served as a pastor at the former Red Bank Community Church and has ministered on mission trips on three continents.
