MONDAY, MAY 26 BAYVILLE: 11 a.m. The Grove behind the VFW Post, Veterans Boulevard, Berkeley. The Bayville VFW Post 9503 will be conducting its annual Memorial Day Ceremony. 732-269-2265. BEACH HAVEN: 10 a.m. Veterans Bicentenial Park, Engleside Avenue. Beach Haven Community Arts Program in conjunction with the borough and VFW Post 3729 presents the annual Memorial Day Parade. The parade will begin at 10 a.m. at Taylor Avenue Field ending at Veterans Park with a program of remembrance of those who have served our country. Contact: 609-492-4218. BEACHWOOD: 11 a.m. Beachwood Volunteer Fire Company, 745 Beachwood Blvd. The parade begins at the Beachwood Fire Department, with a boroughwide ceremony at the end of the parade at Memorial Park. Here, our servicemen and women will be honored and flowers will be placed on the monuments. Contact: 732-286-6000. JACKSON: 10 a.m. Jackson Memorial High School, 101 Don Connor Blvd. The Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 4703 of Jackson will host its annual Memorial Day Parade and memorial services, sponsored by the Jackson Township Policemen's Benevolent Association Local 168. Parade lineup will start at 9 a.m. at the Jackson Memorial High School on Don Connor Boulevard and will begin at 10 a.m. Memorial services will take place at the monument in the Jackson Municipal Justice Complex immediately following the parade. There will be a marching unit, float and/or the placing of flowers at the monument. Following the parade and memorial services, a picnic with hamburgers, hot dogs and refreshments will be served at the VFW Post, 54 Magnolia Dr. Contact: 732-928-1111. LAKEHURST: 1 p.m. Lake Horicon Park, Corner of Union Avenue and Lake Street. The borough will host a Memorial Day ceremony at Lake Horicon Park. Sponsored by Fleet Reserve Association Branch 124 Inc. Contact: 732-657-4141. LAKEWOOD: 10 to 11 a.m. Clifton Avenue. Parade starts at Clifton Avenue traveling to the All Wars Memorial Amphitheater on Lake Carasaljo, where there will be a small ceremony. Contact: 732-364-2500. LAVALLETTE: 11 a.m. Memorial Park, Bay Boulevard and Brooklyn Avenue. Join the borough as they honor those who have given their all for our freedom. Contact: 732-793-7477. LITTLE EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP: 10 a.m. St. Theresa's Church, 450 Radio Road. Little Egg Harbor Township will host a parade and ceremony. The parade starts at 10 a.m. at St. Theresa's Church and runs down Radio Road to the Pulaski Monument. A ceremony immediately follows the parade. This is a community, family-friendly parade. OCEAN GATE: 11 a.m. Veterans Memorial Park, 5th and Wesley Avenue. The borough will host a Memorial Day ceremony at Veterans Park. Conract: 732-269-3166, ext. 21. PINE BEACH: 1 p.m. Pine Beach Firehouse, 525 Prospect Ave. Members of VFW Post 9503 will present a memorial service, and Robert Newman will sing the National Anthem. All are invited.
