Sundance Film Festival Award-winning KINYARWANDA, set in Rwanda, features a Tutsi woman and a Hutu man falling in love amidst chaos; a soldier struggling to foster a greater good while absent from her family; and a priest grappling with his faith in the face of unspeakable horror. Director Alrick Brown is one of Filmmaker Magazine's 25 New Faces to Watch and was named an Emerging Film Maker by Vanity Fair. He teaches in the graduate program at Tisch Film School. After the screening, Brown will discuss his life journey, including his work in the Peace Corps and his current film project. Free and open to the public.
