Less than one-third of sudden cardiac arrest victims are administered immediate CPR from bystanders. Through a variety of programs, the American Heart Association is equipping people and communities to act in emergencies and ultimately save lives. Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card in CPR for their job. This course is ideal for students, new parents, grandparents, babysitters and others interested in learning how to save a life. Jennifer Cimmino, RN is an independent instructor of the AHA under the Lifeforce, USA Training Center and a Middletown Township school nurse. Knowing that those first few minutes can save a life, she is honored to share this information free of charge with the community where she resides with her husband and three children.
