The Sandy Project is a one-minute documentary and winner of FilmOneFest's Spirit of the Shore Awards created by Neal Bennett of The Industry Film School and the Middletown Arts Center's acting instructor Kathy Connolly. Storm Sandy: Staying Afloat was created by children ages 5 to 12, from Highlands, Union Beach, Port Monmouth, Rumson and Long Branch who worked as a group at Small Factory Productions in Fair Haven to create their own cartoon and short song. If your family was affected by Storm Sandy and you would like to join us for the event, email jen@inbloomcomm.com. RSVP is required. The event is open to family and friends of the young artists as well as a limited number of guests from the community.
