Kula Cafe, a cool lunch spot opened in April at 1201 Springwood Ave. in Asbury Park. Operated by Interfaith Neighbors, the restaurant has good food at a great price and is a hospitality training site for young people 18 and older to get jobs in the shore's restaurant industry. The first trainees are already working in three city restaurants.
