The Middletown Township Public Library will host a holiday music concert by the Chorus of the Atlantic on Sunday, December 9, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. Returning to the Middletown Township Public Library, the Chorus of the Atlantic will present a 4-part harmony holiday music concert in the old-fashioned barbershop style. Part of the Red Bank Area Chapter of the International Barbershop Harmony Society, the performing chorus of about 30 men is supplemented by a smaller group called the Matinee Idles, and a quartet or two. Since their last visit, the Chorus won the Plateau AA Championship in the Mid-Atlantic District competition.
