Nancy Anderson will discuss interview tips for success at the Middletown Township Public Library on Wednesday, December 5, 2012, beginning at 7:00 p.m. This session focuses on the 3 major types of interviews: networking, telephone and face-to-face. After reviewing the flow of an interview session and discussing behavioral questioning, the participants will have an opportunity to practice an interview. The session will allow time for the participants to assess their job skills and develop behavioral examples for use in interviews. A portion of the program will deal with the power of networking and developing an "elevator pitch" to use with networking contacts.
