6th annual Monmouth Beach Scarecrow Festival celebrates autumn with a townwide scarecrow competition. Festivities at Borough Hall include a Canine Costume Parade, Apple Pie Baking Contest, Cupcake Baking Contest, old-fashioned Bobbing For Apples, Chili Cook-Off, Pumpkin Carving Competition, Pumpkin Painting for the Kids, Music and Food!
