Where the Wild Pix Are
How many endangered species have you ever seen, or better yet, captured - with a camera, of course. The Philadelphia Zoo is not only America's first zoo, opened on July 1, 1874, it also houses numerous endangered species among its 1,300 inhabitants.
This all new and exciting photography course will be led by Visions Photographic Workshops' Emily Melendez and Michael S. Miller who will guide you through your exploration of this historic zoo. Take a walk in Bear Country, swing through the Monkey Junction, and slither into the Reptile House. The dynamic duo will lead you to capturing exciting and beautiful wildlife photos, with Emily aiding in creativity and Michael tackling the technical aspects. Just be sure to bring your tripod; some of these critters dwell in dark places.
Round trip van transportation from the Belmar Train Station Parking Lot.
