The Jewish Heritage Museum is proud to present "An Afternoon with Danny Kaye" as it tells the story of Danny Kaye's rise from an improvisational comedian to an international film star on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at 2 PM (sold out) and again at 5 PM. The performance, featuring award winning actor Brian Childers, celebrates the 100th anniversary of the birth of the legendary performer in a high energy performance. Hear many of his hit songs including "Tchaikovsky", "Minnie the Moocher", and "Anatole of Paris". Brian Childers received the 2002 Helen Hayes Award for outstanding leading actor in a musical for his uncanny and entertaining performance as celebrated singer, dancer, actor and comedian Danny Kaye in "Danny and Sylvia: A Musical Love Story". His performance has been described as a "stellar turn" by the LA Times and "a see it to believe it performance" by Backstage. Purchase your tickets early as the second performance is sure to be a sellout as well. For more information call the Museum at 732-252-6990.
